Reading Earth in the Balance, Ecology and the Human Spirit, by Al Gore. He was affected by An Inconvenient Truth and is reading this book in order to learn more. He's also looking into finding more up-to date information--this book, while still relavent, was published in 1992.
Recently he read The End of Faith, by Sam Harris, which explores religious fundamentalism.
