In his 1.5 hour commute (each way) he has plenty of time to read. Over the past month he's devoured four Michael Chriton books: Disclosure, Prey, State of Fear, and Congo. He's also read eight of the ten books of the Malloreon series, by David Eddings, all on his commute. This volume he's lugging around contains books six through eight of the series.
