Reading The Human Stain, by Pulitzer Prize winning author, Philip Roth. She has forgiven him for the misogynistic novel he wrote in the sixties, Portnoy's Complaint. As she put it, "I wasn't as clever thirty years ago, either!"

Recently she's been reading a lot of Joyce Carol Oates. She's from the East Coast and, as Oates sets a lot of her stories in New York, she enjoys revisiting.
