Reading Everyone into the Pool, a collection of essays by acclaimed San Francisco author, Beth Lisick. Her favorite story so far--Brokeley (did I spell that right?). It recounts the author's adventures in the semi-eponymous town.

Check out the reader's blog at musingthemystery.blogspot.com. It's a beautifully honest look at life; make sure you read number 10 on her Thanksgiving Day list of things to be thankful for--she is thankful for the wit of four authors, among which Ms. Lisick appears. This is even more moving if you read the postings above, in which she admits she has over 500 channels on her TV!!! Books still rule.
