Reading a book she got at a book fair near UCSF for her friend's children. The pictures are really great. Most are of scnery with animals--not quite sure why I photographed this page.



For herself, she's reading Women Who Run with the Wolves, by Clarissa Pinkola Estes and a book of spiritual mediations. I was recommending The Red Tent, by Anita Diamant, a well-loved book on this blog--it's about the biblical story of Dinah told from a woman's perspective--and while we were passing out of the BART turnstiles someone overheard my recomendation and seconded it! It really must be a good book.
