Reading It, by Stephen King. He doesn't have a job right now and has about four hours a day to read (he's looking for one, but because he doesn't have a place to live right now and he recently lost his car, it's hard to get one). Recently he read Under the Lake, by Stuart Woods, a book about minotaurs, and Lathe of Heaven, by Ursula LeGuin. He enjoys reading history books, especially about the dark ages and Roman times, as well as the Harry Potter books and science fiction and fantasy like the Lord of the Rings trilogy. His favorite book is The Running Man, by Stephen King, though he said he hasn't read it since he was a kid and doesn't know if he'd still like it.

Hi,
Intriguing! For many years I've been collecting postcards of readers and I just came across your blog by chance.
As we live in northern Finland, I don't come across very many examples these days. Most were collected when we lived in London or on our travels (prior to life as a parent). They are very wide ranging in both era and style and that's what keeps it going.
You are welcome to see some examples but I'd have to email them as an attachment.
Best wishes with you project,
Brian
