Reading The Celestine Prophesy, by James Redfield. She says it's out there and fluffy, but to check it out, that it's a good book to read if you're at a crossroads. It's about a man who goes to Peru to discover a manuscript with nine insights and, as he discovers the manuscript, he discovers himself as well.

Recently she read The Pact, by Jodi Picoult and she's just started My Sister's Keeper, by the same author.

Her favorite book of all time--The Sun Also Rises, by Hemingway. She's read it for three different classes and likes it for the different insights and how Hemingway never just blatantly says things.
