Reading Judge and Jury, by James Patterson and Andrew Gross. Paperbacks, he says, are all the same--you always know how they're going to end after a few pages in. This one is holding his attention though, if only because he believes that, by the time he gets to the end, his daughter, who is participating in a survey nearby, will be finished and they can go home. She'll be another two hours.
