At Herbst Theater, Davy Rothbart signing Found, a book based on the magazine of the same name, after his presentation for the AIGA Design Lecture Series, Uncommon Thread.

The book, and magazines before it, contain letters, notes, to-do lists, faxes, etc. that his readers have found on the street. He has toured all fifty states, appearing on TV and radio programs promoting this project. Check out the Found blog for a sampling-- today's entry (May 10) is great. It's a really beautiful, sincere, and sometimes funny look at culture today.

In addition to Found he has published Found II, Found Polaroids, and a book of short stories called The Lone Surfer of Montana, Kansas.
