Reading Wraethithu, by British fantasy author, Storm Constantine. It's his second time reading the series, in preparation for the next book.

Some of his favorite books--Wicked, by Gregory Maguire; One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel Garcia Marquez; The Mists of Avalon, by Marion Zimmer Bradley (the best, he says, of the King Arthur tales); and Wraethithu, by Storm Constantine.

What he likes about Wicked and Wraethithu is the perspectives. Wicked is the story of the Wizard of Oz, but from the Wicked Witch of the West's perspective and in Wraethithu, each book in the series is from a different characters perspective, some of it overlapping time periods.
