Reading King of Bollywood: Shah Rukh Khan and the Seductive World of Indian Cinema, by Anupama Chopra. When he was a kid he watched tons of Bollywood movies and this is one of one of the stars he grew up watching--He's Tibetan but he grew up in India. To read a book, he said, is to know another person.

He recently moved to San Francisco from Tibet and has enjoyed reading books about Tibet which he hadn't had access to. He's read The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living, by the Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler and The Wisdom of Forgiveness: Intimate Conversations and Journeys, by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Victor Chan.
