In Washington Square in North Beach
Reading Bad Luck and Trouble, by Lee Child.
A favorite book--To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee.
His book--it'd be about photography, seeing things, the power of vision. He's been taking photos for forty-five years and has gallery showings in New York. Right now he's working with an abstract technique where he creates paintings and, with time-lapse photography, records them by shining a laser pointer on them in a dark room. The result is an etching of tiny lines.
