This is a wonderful blog! I enjoyed it very much. I'd like to do a People Reading - Austin, TX. Hope you're feeling better soon.
I hope you feel better soon.
Here's wishing you a speedy recovery.
Cheers to feeling better soon :D
Hey feel better
I swear I'm going to go broke adding books to my list from your blog. I just ordered "The Red Leather Diary" today. I first read the true account in the NYTimes while on a home exchange in Holland and now it's been written up. Had to return another book today-- they sent the wrong one. I hate when that happens.

Get better.
Kafka on the shore is a great book to read while recovering!
Feel better! Get some Echinacea down you!

I have mixed feelings about "Kafka on the shore" Gosh it's a twisted story, I'm not sure I fully understood the point the author tries to make! I guess you're doing the best thing reading it while you're in that weird feeling that the combo flu/medication puts you in!
good recovery.
Love your blog. Get well soon. Oma in Wakefield, Quebec, Canada.
I just can't handle people reading to me...but being sick and trying to make my eyes follow the lines can also be a difficult task. I am sorry you are unwell - sorry for you and sorry for all of us, your Readers. Good luck convincing those around you to read to you. Record them and then unbeknownst to them, sell the tapes as audiobooks ;o)
best wishes for your recovery Sonya!
remember you have many readers out there waiting for you! heh heh, you do such a wonderful job with this blog and we miss reading you!
tea, chicken soup, dear friends, and a nice read are the best remedies for flu, and it seems you have them all! :)
from Murakami, i have read: "A Wild Sheep Chase", a strange novel but with a great post-modern japanese taste, but what i like best of him are his collection of short stories: "After the Quake", and "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman" among these 24 stories you can find one for every taste
here an interview with Murakami
