Reading State of Denial, Bush at War Part III, by Bob Woodward. (Later in the day I saw someone else reading the same book, but he didn't want to be interviewed). Recently he read Whose Freedom, by George Lakoff and Fifty Simple Things You Can Do to Fight the Right,by Earth Works Action, http://www.50simplethings.org/, all of which he's reading in anticipation of the upcoming election.
Fiction that he's read recently is The Zombie Survival Guide, by Max Brooks and John Shirley's Really Really Really Really Weird Stories.
His favorite book is Neuromancer, by William Gibson, which he read in a Science Fiction literature class in high school. It's the book that made him start reading books on his own.
