Yet another reader who can't put her book down even when she's walking down the street. An author who responded to my blog commented that, in this litigous world, if a reader fell down a man hole, the publisher (or author?) could possibly get sued for creating something too engrosing. In this case, it's Crown Jewel, by Fern Michaels. It's her sister's and she picked it up because she thought it'd be about England's crown jewels, but it's about, as the inscription on the cover reads, "....life's true treasure: one everlasting love."

I read a romance novel once. Not this one though.
