Reading Mr. Murderer, by Laura Van Wormer. Her favorite book of all time--After Long Silence, a memoir about the Holocaust by Helen Fremont. The review talks about how the author didn't even know she was Jewish until she was an adult--her parents, out of fear, raised her Roman Catholic.
