Reading The Killer: Volume 1, by Matz and Jacamon. He patiently let me take his picture several times--flash? no flash. flash? and then, as his bus was pulling away from the curb, he sprinted for it. I had my back to the street and, as he kept a serene facade all the while, had no idea of how I'd been testing his patience. No to time to even shout out the blog address.

From the Publisher's Weekly Review on Amazon I learned that The Killer is a French comic book series-- Le Tueur --which was a bestseller in Europe. It's about a hit man who is losing his mind as a result of the crimes he's committed.
