Reading Science of Survival, by the American philosopher and founder of Dianetics and Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard. It's for the class she's taking, Science of Survival. She's been involved in Scientology for the past ten years and feels as though she has greatly benefitted.
Her favorite book? The Hammer and the Cross, by Harry Harrison. It's an historical novel about Viking history. The Vikings, she explained, with a tone of sweet affection, are her ancestors. She's Scandinavian.
If she were to write her own book? It'd be about human rights.
