On a night so balmy no hat nor gloves were needed even past 10pm
Reading/writing an article about San Francisco that she's working on for a Croatian magazine.
Her favorite book -- Memoirs of Hadrian, by Marguerite Yourcenar, which is a novel, in letter-format, written from a Roman Emperor to his successor about his life and his life's work. It's about love and grief -- the emperor was in love with a beautiful young man who dies tragically.
