While recovering from foot surgery....
My friend Jenny reading from her novel, Here is a Game We Could Play.
I had read all of it except for the last six pages when she arrived. She read the last six pages to me aloud. The novel is about a young woman who lives in a small town and her experiences with friendship and love and her rich fantasy life about an Eskimo girl, aliens, fairy tales, poisoning. I really enjoyed it.
