(Not really) reading Tommy's Tale, by Alan Cumming. He found it on top of the garbage can and was just flipping through it, trying to decide if he should take it or not. He mostly reads the [horse racing] forums. "I follow horses," he said. "The problem is, that the horses I follow also follow horses."

He recommends the book Intimate Portrait, which is a biography of Bridgette Bardot. He said that she dedicated her youth to men and would dedicate her old age to animals....with the Bridgette Bardot Foundation for the Welfare and protection of Animals. (When I was telling my housemate about this, she mused that maybe there wasn't any difference....)
