On Mission Street, selling Mexican custards
Reading I Samuel, chapter 8. La Biblia es beautiful, he said. Es la camina. It's the way. It's good for you and for me, he said, then gestured out to the people on the street. It's good for the prostitutes, it's good for the children.
He reads The Bible all the time--at home and while working. It's his favorite book.
