In the Castro
Reading The Novel and the Police, by D.A. Miller, which is about how police are portrayed in the Victorian novel and. He had read Culture and Imperialism, by Edward Said and this book had been referenced a lot.
Favorite book? He tries not to have one. If, though, he stopped trying, it would be Ulysses, by James Joyce. He likes the way it sounds. In college he took a class where, in groups, they had to gather in coffee shops or elsewhere, for the semester, and read the book aloud.
