January 25, 2014, Saturday afternoon -- Reading Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

At Ocean Beach

Reading I Am That, based on talks with an Indian sage named Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj.  This is his favorite book and he's read it six or seven times. He said that it has helped him understand that everyone has a different reality, that everyone is interconnected, and that there is no need to fixate on the narratives of our own lives.
He said that he no longer reads fiction.  Instead, he likes spiritual books, and documentaries, even on Netflix.

I haven't seen People Reading in a while, so good to see so many new faces & books! This modern spiritual book sounds great, never heard of it before.
